Technically coherent product groups can be formed in consultation with voestalpine. Any deviation must be agreed upon by the supplier and voestalpine in writing. The necessary documents must be sent to the requester no later than five business days after the written request. No charge is permitted for any expenses.
Requalification test. The supplier submits all products at least once a year if not agreed otherwise, according to the production guidance plan an entire size and functional test taking into account the customer default to be applied for material and function according to the requirements IATF 16949:2016. On inquiry, MSG is to be granted examination into the test documentation.

The following minimum requirements always apply to very small quantities, as described above: ISO 9001 plus AIAG minimum standard quality system for motor vehicles (MAQMSR) APPORVAL OF DEVIATIONS If there are deviations from the specifications, approval must be obtained before delivery in the form of a deviation authorization. All deliveries made on the basi s of deviation authorizations must also have labels on all load carriers in accordance with the approved deviation authorization.
Requalification test. Unless otherwise agreed, the supplier is obliged to check annually whether its services comply with the specifications of WALTHER-WERKE (including dimensions, material, reliability, legal requirements, environment). The supplier must inform XXXXXXX-WERKE of the result of this inspection on request. If the result of the inspection is negative, the supplier must inform XXXXXXX-WERKE immediately and independently. In exceptional cases, the supplier may be released from this obligation with the written approval of XXXXXXX-WERKE. The supplier is required to apply the 8-D system. This process must be completed within the following deadlines: up to D3 within 24 hours Problem description, responsibilities, immediate measures for next deliveries, work in progress and stock levels up to D5 within 4 working days with initial root cause analysis and associated measures up to D7 within 8 working days (Minimum requirement for scheduled action plan) D8 within 10 working days Completed 8D
Requalification test. Layout inspection and functional testing The requalification test of the products and processes by the Supplier must be carried out within the scope of the initial sampling annually or after a longer standstill of the service in accordance with the respective customer-specific additional requirements to IATF 16949 for the ordered components. If required, the requalification data must be made available to the Buyer within two working days. The annual requalification test must be specified in the production control plan or in the inspection plan of the Supplier (see Chap. 7.2).
Requalification test. The Supplier is required to carry out a regular requalification test as part of a complete initial sample. The requalification test takes place annually, beginning with the time of the initial sample approval or in coordination with Xxxxxxx GmbH & Co. KG and must be submitted within 24 hours upon request. The requalification test is free of charge for Xxxxxxx GmbH & Co. KG.
