Request for Change in Schedule. ‌ An employee may request a temporary change in her schedule in order to accommodate extraordinary child care or elder care arrangements once the employee has exhausted all reasonable options. The Employer will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the change if it is operationally feasible and does not cause undue hardship.
