Request for Long-Term Leave. A bargaining unit member shall apply for any long-term leave (child care leave, general leave, sabbatical leave) that is for the forthcoming school year by March 15th. Such request may be withdrawn by the bargaining unit member by July 10th. After July 10th the request may be withdrawn by the bargaining unit member only if he/she makes a mutual agreement with the Superintendent based upon a change in circumstances.
