Requests for Assistance. 1. Requests for assistance shall be made in writing and addressed to the contact person of the Requested Authority listed in Annex A. 2. g. h. whether the Requesting Authority is or has been in contact with any other authority or law enforcement agency in the State of the Requested Authority in relation to the subject matter of the request;
h. i. any other Authority securities authority of another state whom the Requesting Authority is aware has an active interest in the subject matter of the request;
i. j. an indication of the urgency of the request, or the desired time period for the reply.
j. x. a declaration that any information or document transferred to the Requesting Authority pursuant to the request shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was delivered.;

Requests for Assistance. 1. Requests for the provision of Information or other assistance shall will be made in writing or made orally and, unless otherwise agreed, confirmed in writing within ten (10) business days. A request will be signed by the Requesting authority and addressed to the contact person of the Requested Authority listed referred to in Annex A.
2. In case of emergency, requests Requests for information and replies to such requests may be transmitted orally provided that these requests are confirmed in the manner required in this Article unless the Requested Authority agrees to waive such requirements.
3. To the extent available to the Requesting Authority and in order to facilitate the Requested Authority's work the Request assistance should specify include the following:
a. a description of the subject matter of the request and the purpose for which the information Information is sought and the reasons why this information Information will be of assistance;
b. a description of the specific information Information or other assistance requested by the Requesting Authority; in case Authority (identity of discharging its responsibilities pursuant Persons, specific questions to its respective laws and regulationsbe asked, the Requesting Authority shall also name these laws and regulationsetc.);
c. in so far as how the Information is likely to be used, including details of any likely onward disclosure by the Requesting Authority, and the purpose such disclosure would serve;
d. a description of the facts that constitute the grounds for the suspicion that the offence that is the subject of the request results from investigations has been committed, and of violations of any laws or regulations, the connection between these facts and the assistance requested; e. a short description of the relevant provisions Laws that may have been violated and, if known to the Requesting Authority, a list of the persons or institutions Persons believed by the Requesting Authority to possess the information Information sought or the places where such information Information may be obtained and the details that support this belief, to the best of the Requesting Authority’s knowledge;
d. f. an indication of any special precautions that should be taken in so far as collecting the request concerns information relating Information due to transactions in specific securities: • a description of the financial instruments in question as precise as possibleinvestigatory considerations, including the relevant legislation relating to them. • sensitivity of the names of those firms with whose dealings Information contained in the financial instruments request;
g. if Information is provided by the Requesting Authority for confirmation or verification, the Information and the kind of confirmation or verification sought;
h. those Agencies, if any, to whom onward disclosure of Information provided to the Requesting Authority is concerned, • the dates between which transactions in the financial instruments are considered relevant for the purposes of the request, • the names of any persons on whose behalf relevant transactions in the financial instruments are believed or suspected likely to have been entered intobe necessary;
e. in so far as the request relates to information concerning the business or activities of i. any person, such precise information as other matters specified by the Requesting Authority is able to provide so as to enable such persons to be identified;
f. an indication of the sensitivity of the information contained in the request and whether the Requesting Authority is content for the fact that it has made the request to be disclosed to persons whom the Requested Authority may need to approach for information;
g. whether the Requesting Authority is or has been in contact with any other authority or law enforcement agency in the State of the Requested Authority by Laws in relation to the subject matter of the requestRequested Authority;
h. any other Authority of another state whom the Requesting Authority is aware has an active interest in the subject matter of the request;
i. j. an indication of the urgency of the request, or the desired time period for the reply.; and
j. x. a declaration that any information Information or document transferred to the Requesting Authority authority pursuant to the request shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was delivered.
3. In urgent circumstances, requests for assistance may be effected by telephone or facsimile, provided such communication is confirmed through an original, signed document.
