Modifications of Organizational Documents The Parent and the Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any Loan Party or other Subsidiary to, amend, supplement, restate or otherwise modify its articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws, operating agreement, declaration of trust, partnership agreement or other applicable organizational document if such amendment, supplement, restatement or other modification could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Amendment Documents This Amendment and any other instrument, document or certificate required by the Administrative Agent to be executed or delivered by the Borrower or any other Person in connection with this Amendment, duly executed by such Persons (the “Amendment Documents”);
COPIES OF CORPORATE DOCUMENTS The Fund will furnish the Manager promptly with properly certified or authenticated copies of amendments or supplements to its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws. Also, the Fund will furnish the Manager financial and other corporate information as needed, and otherwise cooperate fully with the Manager in its efforts to carry out its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Amendments or Waivers of Organizational Documents No Credit Party shall, nor shall it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, agree to any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to, or waiver of, any of its Organizational Documents after the Third Restatement Date that is materially adverse to such Credit Party or such Subsidiary, as applicable, and to the Lenders.
Modifications to Documents reference to any agreement (including this Agreement and any other Loan Document together with the schedules and exhibits hereto or thereto), document or instrument means such agreement, document or instrument as amended, modified, replaced, substituted for, superseded or restated;
DELIVERY OF CORPORATE DOCUMENTS Each of the parties to this Agreement represents that its execution does not violate any of the provisions of its respective charter, articles of incorporation, articles of association or bylaws and all required corporate action to authorize the execution and delivery of this Agreement has been taken. Each Fund has furnished the Custodian with copies, properly certified or authenticated, with all amendments or supplements thereto, of the following documents:
Execution of Other Documents The parties shall cooperate fully in the execution of any other documents and in the completion of any other acts that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to this Agreement.

Amendments to Other Loan Documents (a) All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.
