Requests for Replenishment – Payroll Related Costs. In accordance with the pay period frequently approved pursuant to Article 5.09, Management shall prepare a separate Request for Replenishment for reimbursable net payroll costs, in an amount equal to the transfer of reimbursable net payroll costs for the corresponding payroll period from the Imprest Operating Account to the Imprest Payroll Account. Requests for Replenishment covering reimbursable net payroll costs shall be accompanied by the corresponding payroll journal or register as evidence of payment. Periodically, but not more frequently than weekly, Management shall prepare additional Requests for Replenishment from the Imprest Operating Account for the costs of employer paid payroll taxes and employee fringe benefits of Management. Said Requests for Replenishment shall be prepared in accordance with the frequency and timing of the actual expenditures for such employer paid payroll taxes and employee benefits. Such periodic Requests for Replenishment covering reimbursable employer paid payroll taxes and employee fringe benefits, shall be accompanied by photocopies of payroll tax deposits, payroll tax returns, and such other supporting documentation as may be requested by the Department under the circumstances. Management shall not be reimbursed for employee severance pay, or for the costs of fringe benefits not earned or accrued or while an employee has worked for Management other than at the Facilities. Periodically, but no less often than quarterly, Management shall prepare a detailed reconciliation of actual payroll and payroll related costs and deliver same, along with copies of corresponding Requests for Replenishment, and Federal and State quarterly tax returns, to the Department as soon as practical, but no later than twenty days following the close of every calendar quarter.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Compensation for Services You may be eligible to receive compensation for providing certain services in respect of Shares of the Funds if you meet the requirements of and enter into a Dealer Services Agreement with American Funds Service Company.

  • Request for Services Customer shall make an appointment with Exasol for Operational Services and coordinate the scope of the services with Exasol. The appointment must be made at least three Business Days for small to medium tasks (less than 0.5 days effort) and 15 Business Days for large tasks (more than 0.5 days effort) before the planned service actions.

  • Fee for Services In consideration of the Services rendered by the Contractor and subject to clause 6.3 below, the Union shall pay to the Contractor a fee (the “Fee”) at the rate of and in the manner specified in the Schedule to this Agreement. The fee for service/s will be agreed in writing for the length of the agreement and will be reviewed at the organisations discretion and schedule, annually as a minimum. The Contractor shall submit monthly to the Union an invoice on, or as soon as reasonably possible after, the last day of each month detailing the Services (number of hours) provided within that month. The invoice shall show any value added tax separately. The Union may deduct from any sums payable to the Contractor any sums that the Contractor owes to the Union. If notice of termination is given under clause 13 and the Union does not require the Contractor to provide the Services during the notice period the Fee shall cease to accrue on the date upon which notice of termination was given. Upon termination of this Agreement under clause 13, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment of the Fee accrued only to the end of the day on which termination occurs. The Contractor shall be responsible for all day to day personal expenses incurred in the performance of the Services. If the Contractor is unable to provide the Services for any reason the Contractor shall not be entitled to receive any Fee in respect of that period of unavailability.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug.   • Subcontract Costs Payments made by the Construction Manager to Subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of the subcontracts.

Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T.
