Requests for Study. 19.1.1 Requests for a classification study of an existing position(s) shall be presented to the Director of Human Resources using the Reclassification Request form (Appendix E). Requests for the study may be initiated by the District, by individual employees, or by the CEU. a) Individual employees or CEU representatives may submit a request for reclassification to Human Resources by March 15 and/or October 31 of each year. b) The District reserves the right to reclassify following the process in this Article at any time as a managerial prerogative subject to the requirement to negotiate wages, hours and working conditions of the positions.
