Required Completion Date. The Shareholder shall cause the Work (other than decorative work such as painting, wallpapering and carpeting) to be completed as expeditiously as possible, but in no event after the date set forth in the Consent Letter (the "Required Completion Date"). The Corporation expresses no opinion regarding the feasibility of completion of the Work within that time period. If the Work (other than decorative work as aforesaid) shall not be completed on or before the Required Completion Date, the Shareholder shall be entitled to not more than 5 additional, consecutive days (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete the Work (the "Extension Period") provided that and conditioned upon the payment by Shareholder to the Corporation, at least five (5) days before the Required Completion Date, the sum of $ per day (excluding weekends and holidays) as consideration for each additional working day in the Extension Period. The Shareholder acknowledges that this payment is made in consideration for the Corporation's amending its initial consent to the Work; it being agreed by the parties that the initial consent, is granted pursuant to the Lease and reliance upon the Work being completed by the Required Completion Date, and that such timely completion was a material inducement to the Corporation's consent to the proposed Work. After the Extension Period, there will be no further extensions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Corporation. The determination of whether the Work is completed shall be made by the Corporation in its sole judgment, and the Corporation's determination shall be conclusive.
Required Completion Date. 25. The Owner covenants and agrees to complete the Development pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on or before the expiry of two (2) years from the date of execution of this Agreement by the Town.

If the Work (other than decorative work) shall not be completed on or before the Required Completion Date, the Unit Owner shall be entitled to not more than 20 additional, consecutive days (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete the Work (the "Extension Period"). After the Extension Period, there will be no further extensions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Condominium.
Required Completion Date. No disbursements for the construction costs of any Improved Lot or Unit shall be made unless the Bank is satisfied that the construction of such Improved Lot or Unit can reasonably be completed not later than sixty (60) days prior to the Maturity Date. The Unit Owner shall cause the Work to be completed on or before the date (the “Required Completion Date”) which is 120 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the commencement of the Work. If the Work (other than decorative work such as painting, wallpaper and carpets) shall not be completed on or before the Required Completion Date, the Unit Owner shall pay to the Condominium, as liquidated damages on account of late completion, the sum of $250 per day (excluding weekends and holidays) until the Work is completed. The determination of whether the Work is completed shall be made by the Condominium and the Condominium’s determination shall be conclusive.
Required Completion Date. The earlier of (i) the 120th day after the earlier of (a) the date specified in such notice as the date when Tenant can commence Tenant’s Work or (b) the date Landlord has notified Tenant that the Premises are ready for commencement of Tenant’s Work. The 120th day after Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant. Landlord anticipates it will deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on January 1, 2024.
Required Completion Date. The Shareholder shall cause the Work (other than non-noise producing decorative work such as painting, wallpapering and carpeting) to be completed on or before the date (the "Required Completion Date") which is 90 calendar days for ordinary alterations after the commencement of the work. If the Work is not completed by the Required Completion Date, the Shareholder shall pay to the Corporation, as liquidated damages on account of late completion, the sum of $250.00 per calendar day until the Work is completed. The determination of whether the Work is completed shall be made by the Corporation, and the Corporation's determination shall be conclusive.
