Proposed Work definition

Proposed Work means any actual or intended excavation, demolition, drilling or blasting and includes, without limitation, any disturbance of the surface and/or subsurface of the earth by an Excavator;
Proposed Work means one of the AIL access route works, the parking works, the PCC site access route works, [the southern access route works] or the water connection works;
Proposed Work means Work Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 10, AIL access route works or the use of the AIL access route land for construction vehicles for the authorised development to the extent the work is located within the STG site;

More Definitions of Proposed Work

Proposed Work has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11.1.
Proposed Work means any work, alteration, addition or installation in or to the Premises and/or to the existing Tenant’s Fittings. Rates means all rates, taxes, levies, charges and outgoings payable to an Authority relating to all or any part of the Estate, the Land or the Premises or their use or occupation including:
