Proposed Work definition

Proposed Work means any actual or intended excavation, demolition, drilling or blasting and includes, without limitation, any disturbance of the surface and/or subsurface of the earth by an Excavator;

More Definitions of Proposed Work

Proposed Work means any work, alteration, addition or installation in or to the Premises and/or to the existing Tenant’s Fittings. Rates means all rates, taxes, levies, charges and outgoings payable to an Authority relating to all or any part of the Estate, the Land or the Premises or their use or occupation including:

Proposed Work includes any proposed work, alteration, addition or installation in or to the Premises and/or to the existing Tenant’s Fittings by or on behalf of the Tenant and/or by the Tenant’s Employees.
