Required Meetings or Hearings. A. Any time a teacher is summoned to a meeting or a hearing, the subject of which the Board, Committee or Administration knows will adversely affect his/her office, position, employment, or salary, he/she shall be given prior written notice 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Such notice shall include the reason for the meeting. The employee shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association with him/her.
