Required Meetings or Hearings. Whenever any administrator is required to appear before the Superintendent, Board, or any committee or member thereof concerning any matter that could result in the termination of employment or suspension of that administrator, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting or interview and shall have the right to have a representative of the Association and/or an attorney present to advise him and represent him during such meeting or interview. Any suspension shall be with pay until formal determination by the Board of Education.
