Unless as otherwise agreed to by Citizens on a case-by-case basis, Vendor shall provide no less than thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice to Citizens of all non-emergency maintenance to be performed on the Services, such written notice including a detailed description of all maintenance to be performed. For emergency maintenance, Vendor shall provide as much prior notice as commercially practicable to Citizens and shall provide a detailed description of all maintenance performed no greater than five (5) calendars day following the implementation of the emergency maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated in an Order, Assima shall provide no less than five (5) calendar day’s prior written notice to Customer of all non-emergency maintenance to be performed on the Hosted Technology Services. For emergency maintenance, Assima shall provide as much prior notice as commercially practicable to Customer. Customer acknowledges that Assima’s third-party hosting providers may provide Updates or repairs that are typically scheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance and occur during off peak hours in the time zone where the data center is located. Assima shall provide as much prior notice as commercially practicable to Customer of such maintenance windows.

For emergency maintenance, Service Provider shall provide as much prior notice as commercially practicable to Customer.

For emergency maintenance, Contractor shall provide as much prior notice as commercially practicable to County and shall provide a detailed description of all maintenance performed no greater than one (1) calendar day following the implementation of the emergency maintenance. All maintenance shall be scheduled in a time and manner to minimize interruption of County business operations.
