Maintenance Windows definition

Maintenance Windows means collectively, standard maintena nce and emergency maintenance. Standard maintenance windows will be published in advance on Provider’s website at least 72 hours in advance of the start of the standard maintenance window. Emergency maintenance will occur as needed. Provider will make reasonable efforts to publish emergency maintenance windows on the Provider’s website in advance of the emergency maintenance window, but it is possible that advanced notification of an emergency window may not occur.
Maintenance Windows are the time frames during which Entrust may perform scheduled routine system maintenance. The Maintenance Windows will not exceed twelve (12) hours per month. Entrust will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with two (2) weeks’ advance notice of the Maintenance Windows.
Maintenance Windows means specified time frames during which Maintenance Downtime may take place.

  • Formidium shall undertake commercially reasonable efforts to make the Formidium Systems available to the Client on a 24/7 basis, subject to Maintenance Windows, but does not guarantee or warrant to the Client that access to the Formidium Systems will always be available.

More Definitions of Maintenance Windows

Maintenance Windows. The periods during which SITA performs the maintenance of the SITA Network. Maintenance Windows occur during low network traffic periods. Maintenance is necessary to implement generic changes to, or generic version updates of, the SITA Network.
