Required Resident Labor. CMTISP agrees to comply with the requirements of Wyoming Statute §16-6-203 for any "Laborers" (as defined in Wyoming Xxxxxxx §00-0-000 (x)(x)) employed to perform work under this Agreement. CMTISP understands that failure to comply with the Required Resident Labor Statute is punishable pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-6-206.

Required Resident Labor. XXXX acknowledges that it shall employ only Wyoming laborers on the Project except other laborers may be used when Wyoming laborers are not available for the employment form within the state or are not qualified to perform the work involved as provided by Wyo. Stat. § 16-6-203. XXXX acknowledges that failure to comply with the Required Resident Labor Statute is punishable pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 16-6-206. The XXXX shall comply with all resident and other preference requirements, including but not limited to those applicable to labor, materials and subcontractors pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 16-6-1001.
Required Resident Labor. Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of Wyo. Stat. §16-6-203 for any "Laborers" (as defined in Wyo. Stat. §16-6-202 (a)(i)) employed to perform work under this Contract. Contractor understands that failure to comply with the Required Resident Labor Statute is punishable pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §16-6-206. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent. The Contractor shall comply with all resident and other preference requirements, including but not limited to those applicable to labor, materials and subcontractors.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • REGISTERED RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN 1. In this Article:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance.
