Required Substantiation. Without limiting anything in Appendix 8, the Design-Builder shall substantiate any costs for which it claims compensation hereunder, other than (1) the Design-Builder Fee and (2) the General Conditions Fee, each of which was proposed and negotiated on a percentage basis, and any other costs that are part of a negotiated lump sum price.
