Requirement traceability. 5.4.1 Traceability within event-B models For large systems, it is necessary to trace requirements from the high level to the implementation. Requirements can have attributes, for instance: Vital (V) / Non Vital (NV), project name, version, phase of the project, etc. These requirements are defined apart from the event-B model (in the SRS, for instance), and have to be linked to the model. There are many requirement traceability tools to support traceability between documents/tables, but traceability within a formal model (to trace a requirement from the system event-B model to the software event-B model, for instance) is something different. Indeed, the model may be difficult to read for non B experts, so the traceability is more difficult to perform manually. Furthermore, since the model is already organized as a database with links between elements (visibility, proof...), it is possible to benefit from the existing data structure. The following traceability proposal would enable to automatically generate traceability tables from the proved model.

Requirement traceability. Customers say what they want in requirements. They can only be sure they get it by verifying that each requirement has been met. To do this, the acceptance tests must trace back to the requirements, covering all of them appropriately. Incidentally, scenarios of interest to users are good candidates for acceptance test scripts. Similarly, the developers can only be sure they are implementing all the requirements if they can ultimately - though not necessarily directly - trace each design element back to the requirements concerned, and check that each requirement is fully covered. They can also use traces in the other direction to show that each design element is actually called for in the requirements. The management of traces between engineering objects such as requirements, tests, and design elements is called traceability. It is a vital tool in managing system development through requirements. Advantages of using a requirement tool A requirements tool can help you check that there is at least one trace from each requirement to the design: if there are any untraced requirements, there is work to be done. But it can't check that the traced parts of the design are sufficient or correct - that's your job. There may be any number of links between requirements and system or test specifications: Handling traceability and change without a requirements tool is tedious, and it is easy to make mistakes. The design changes quite often and requirements need to be updated as well. On any but the smallest project, tracing requires reliable, industrial- strength tool support. To keep track of changes by hand means recording in a table each change to each requirement, each design element, and each test, and checking each time via a traceability matrix for any possible impact on other items. If you need to trace directly to design, a requirements tool that can interface directly with your design tool is virtually essential.

  • Procedural Requirements All holders of record of shares of Preferred Stock shall be sent written notice of the Mandatory Conversion Time and the place designated for mandatory conversion of all such shares of Preferred Stock pursuant to this Section 6. Such notice need not be sent in advance of the occurrence of the Mandatory Conversion Time. Upon receipt of such notice, each holder of shares of Preferred Stock shall surrender his, her or its certificate or certificates for all such shares (or, if such holder alleges that such certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed, a lost certificate affidavit and agreement reasonably acceptable to the Corporation to indemnify the Corporation against any claim that may be made against the Corporation on account of the alleged loss, theft or destruction of such certificate) to the Corporation at the place designated in such notice. If so required by the Corporation, certificates surrendered for conversion shall be endorsed or accompanied by written instrument or instruments of transfer, in form satisfactory to the Corporation, duly executed by the registered holder or by his, her or its attorney duly authorized in writing. All rights with respect to the Preferred Stock converted pursuant to Section 6.1, including the rights, if any, to receive notices and vote (other than as a holder of Common Stock), will terminate at the Mandatory Conversion Time (notwithstanding the failure of the holder or holders thereof to surrender the certificates at or prior to such time), except only the rights of the holders thereof, upon surrender of their certificate or certificates (or lost certificate affidavit and agreement) therefor, to receive the items provided for in the next sentence of this Subsection 6.2. As soon as practicable after the Mandatory Conversion Time and the surrender of the certificate or certificates (or lost certificate affidavit and agreement) for Preferred Stock, the Corporation shall issue and deliver to such holder, or to his, her or its nominees, a certificate or certificates for the number of full shares of Common Stock issuable on such conversion in accordance with the provisions hereof, together with cash as provided in Subsection 5.2 in lieu of any fraction of a share of Common Stock otherwise issuable upon such conversion and the payment of any declared but unpaid dividends on the shares of Preferred Stock converted. Such converted Preferred Stock shall be retired and cancelled and may not be reissued as shares of such series, and the Corporation may thereafter take such appropriate action (without the need for stockholder action) as may be necessary to reduce the authorized number of shares of Preferred Stock accordingly.

The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Regulatory Requirements Each Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall be subject to its receipt of any required approval or certificate from one or more Governmental Authorities in the form and substance satisfactory to the applying Party, or the Party making any required filings with, or providing notice to, such Governmental Authorities, and the expiration of any time period associated therewith. Each Party shall in good faith seek and use its Reasonable Efforts to obtain such other approvals. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Developer to take any action that could result in its inability to obtain, or its loss of, status or exemption under the Federal Power Act or the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 or the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, as amended.

  • Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy The Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy, along with a brief policy description, is located on the City’s website at the following link: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/esd/natural-energy-resources/epp.htm. Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to:  The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.);  The use of energy-star compliant equipment;  The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation;  The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and  Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.
