A risk reduction analysis using functional safety standard such as ISO 26262 and safety of the intended functionality standard such as ISO/PAS 21448, which documents the risk to vehicle occupants caused by revocation of a digital key and documents the reduction of risk resulting from implementation of the identified risk mitigation functions or characteristics. 4.2.2. It shall be possible for the primary user(s) to identify the number of authorized registered digital keys. 4.3. Boundary of functional operation for the device to prevent unauthorized use and the immobilizer: 4.3.1. Unlocking of the device to prevent unauthorized use shall require that an authorized registered digital key is detected in the interior of the vehicle, or in close proximity of the vehicle. 4.3.2. Unsetting of the immobilizer shall require that an authorized registered digital key is detected in the interior of the vehicle, or that an actuation is triggered by user intent in close proximity of the vehicle. The limitation of the distance for unsetting of the immobilizer by detection in the interior of the vehicle shall be verified using the following procedure including a tolerance of 2000 mm around the vehicle perimeter: (a) The vehicle shall be parked in a secure condition in unobstructed free field condition, this means engine off and all windows, doors and roof shall be closed. (b) The vehicle manufacturer will provide a typical user device for test in agreement with the technical service. The digital key device battery state of charge shall be at maximum. (c) The technical service will define four test points around the vehicle perimeter at a distance not less than 2000 mm. Distance means the distance between the nearest point of the motor vehicle and the user device. (d) The user device is placed at each of the test points. During the attempt to operate the vehicle under its own power, the vehicle door shall be closed. If at one of the test points the vehicle can be operated under its own power, the requirement is not met. 4.3.3. The requirements in paragraph 4.3.1. and paragraph 4.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. To identify possible sources of infection and to carry out appropriate control measures, the LPHA Administrator shall investigate each report following procedures outlined in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines or other procedures approved by OHA. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. LPHA must establish and maintain a single telephone number whereby physicians, hospitals, other health care providers, OHA and the public can report Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks to LPHA 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.

  • Arrangements for Sales Arrangements for sales of Contract Securities will be made only through the Manager acting either directly or through Dealers (including Underwriters acting as Dealers), and you authorize the Manager to act on your behalf in making such arrangements. The aggregate number or amount of Securities to be purchased by the several Underwriters will be reduced by the respective number or amounts of Contract Securities attributed to such Underwriters as hereinafter provided. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof, the aggregate number or amount of Contract Securities will be attributed to the Underwriters as nearly as practicable in proportion to their respective Underwriting Percentages, except that, as determined by the Manager in its discretion: (a) Contract Securities directed and allocated by a purchaser to specific Underwriters will be attributed to such Underwriters, and (b) Contract Securities for which arrangements have been made for sale through Dealers will be attributed to each Underwriter approximately in the proportion that Securities of such Underwriter held by the Manager for sales to Dealers bear to all Securities so held. The fee with respect to Contract Securities payable to the Manager for the accounts of the Underwriters pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement will be credited to the accounts of the respective Underwriters in proportion to the Contract Securities attributed to such Underwriters pursuant to the provisions of this Section 4.1, less, in the case of each Underwriter, the concession to Dealers on Contract Securities sold through Dealers and attributed to such Underwriter.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day. B. Agent agrees to update XXXX.xxx with status updates within 48 hours after initial communication with a Referred Client and upon every significant status change until closing or abandoned. Updates shall be made by Agent via email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. C. Vacations or extended absences shall be reported, with length of pause, to XXXX.xxx via email to D. Agent will not add Referred Client to any email list or calling list without the express permission of Referred Client. E. Agent agrees XXXX.xxx has the right to survey the Referred Client at any time. F. If Agent is contacted by a Referred Client that Agent is unwilling or unable to assist, Agent shall direct such Referred Client back to XXXX.xxx for assistance and notify XXXX.xxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. G. Agent agrees that XXXX.xxx has no obligation to provide Agent with any number of referrals and that prospective clients are free to select the agent they wish to work with for any particular real estate transaction.

  • PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE (APPLICABLE FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS Orange County is a public agency subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The Contractor agrees to comply with Florida’s Public Records Law. Specifically, the Contractor shall: 1. Keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. 2. Upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, provide Orange County with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided in this chapter or as otherwise provided by law. 3. Ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from the public records disclosure requirements are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the duration of the contract term and following completion of the contract if the Contractor does not transfer the records to Orange County. 4. Upon completion of the contract, Contractor agrees to transfer at no cost to Orange County all public records in possession of the Contractor or keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. If the Contractor transfers all public record to Orange County upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to Orange County, upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of Orange County. 5. A Contractor who fails to provide the public records to Orange County within a reasonable time may be subject to penalties under section 119.10, Florida Statutes. 6.
