Common use of Rescheduling of Tests Clause in Contracts

Rescheduling of Tests. If the Independent Engineer or the Monitoring Agency, as the case may be, certifies to the Authority and the Concessionaire that it is unable to certify the completion of the facilities required for rendering Diagnostic Services and OPD Services or issue the Completion Certificate, as the case may be, because of events or circumstances on account of which the Completion Tests could not be held or had to be suspended, the Concessionaire at its own cost and expense, shall be entitled to re-schedule the Completion Tests and hold the same as soon as reasonably practicable.

The provisions of this Article 15 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such re-scheduled Tests.
