Rescinding Vacations. Employees may rescind their approved PTO by giving at least a forty - eight (48) hour written notice to the Employer. An employee who rescinds her/his vacation must work their regular schedule and any employee covering those shifts may be put on the schedule as extra for the day or cancelled.

Rescinding Vacations. Employees may rescind their approved PTO by giving at least a forty - eight (48) hour written notice to the Employer. An employee who rescinds her/his vacation must work their regular schedule and any employee covering those shifts may be put on the schedule as extra for the day or cancelled. All benefit eligible employees hired on or after ratification shall be provided the PTO benefit in Section 9.5 through 9.14 from the date of January 1, 2020.
