Research Site Access. This stipulation makes explicit that BOEM, its designated representative, or any entity to which the Lessor provides access retains the right to access the Lease Area for purposes of future research and other activities conducted under the lease.

Research Site Access. The Lessor, or its designated representative, retains the right to access, for research purposes, the site of any operation or activity conducted under this lease. The Lessor will make a good faith effort to provide prior notice of its need for access. This provision does not limit the Lessor’s authority to access the lease for other purposes, including, but not limited to, inspections conducted pursuant to 30 CFR 285.822.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Technology Access A. Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of:

  • PROJECT ACCESS The Grantee shall ensure that the State, the Governor of the State, or any authorized representative of the foregoing, will have safe and suitable access to the Project site at all reasonable times during Project construction and thereafter for the term of this Agreement.

  • Research Design The data generated by excavations at the prehistoric site(s) will be used to examine at least three topics: (1) chronology; (2) technology; and (3) subsistence practices. Insights into changing patterns of community organization may also be granted, as may insights into changes in social organization. The data recovered will then be compared to data from other regional sites.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.
