Common use of Reserve Equipment Clause in Contracts

Reserve Equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall have available to it, at all times, a reasonable number of reserve Collection equipment which can, to the extent needed to complete the Collection route, be dispatched within one (1) hour of any breakdown. Such reserve equipment shall correspond in size and capacity to the equipment used by the CONTRACTOR to perform the contractual duties.

Reserve Equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall have available to it, at all 636 times, a reasonable number of reserve Collection equipment which can, to the extent needed to complete the Collection route, can be dispatched put into service and operation within one (1) 637 hour of any breakdown. Such reserve equipment shall correspond in size and capacity to the 638 equipment used by the CONTRACTOR to perform the contractual duties.

The CONTRACTOR shall have available to it, at all times, a reasonable number of 9 reserve Collection collection equipment which can, to the extent needed to complete the Collection route, can be dispatched put into service and operation within one (1) 10 hour of any breakdown. Such reserve equipment shall correspond in size and capacity to 11 the equipment used by the CONTRACTOR to perform the contractual dutiesservices pursuant to this Agreement.
