Common use of Reserve Special Educator Para Educators Clause in Contracts

Reserve Special Educator Para Educators. Reserve Special Education Para Educators shall be provided a six (6) hour per day annualized contract inclusive of travel time within the District. Reserve Para Educators shall be eligible for reimbursement for mileage in accordance with Article 12, Section 12.

Reserve Special Educator Para Educators. Reserve Special Education Para Educators shall be provided a six (6) hour per day annualized contract work shift inclusive of travel time within the District. Reserve Para Educators shall be eligible for reimbursement for mileage in accordance with Article 12, Section 1212.3. Reserve Para Educators shall be assigned on a daily or longer basis to fill in for absent employees or to work at school sites on an as-needed basis. These positions are intended to augment, not supplant, the filling of permanent vacancies.
