Common use of Residency Stipend Clause in Contracts

Residency Stipend. In the interest of supporting employees who choose to live in close proximity to the District for faster response in an emergency, the District will provide all unit members who live within a 30 mile radius of 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 a $250 per month stipend.
