Resident Educator/Mentor Program. A. The mentoring program is a way of providing quality on-the job assistance for teachers in the Resident Educator Program. The goal of this program is to provide teachers holding a Resident Educator License with assistance and suggestions in the required Resident Educator Program framework by ODE.
