RESIDENT EDUCATOR PROGRAM ESTABLISHMENT. The parties agree to establish a Resident Educator Program in accordance with the Ohio Department of Education Resident Educator Program Standards. The components of the Resident Educator Program will be locally controlled by School District Administrators. The purpose, participation in the Resident Educator Program and mentor qualifications will be in accordance with the Ohio Department of Education Resident Educator Program Standards.
