Residential Solid Waste and Recyclable Material Overflow. 35 CONTRACTOR shall pick up and transport Residential Solid Waste and 36 Recyclable Material that are outside the MFD Solid Waste and Recycling 37 Containers as a result of overflow. In the case of repeated overflows of Residential 38 Solid Waste and Recyclable Material, CONTRACTOR shall contact the MFD 1 Property Management to arrange for an appropriate change in MFD Solid Waste 2 and Recycling Container size, collection frequency or both. 3 In the event CONTRACTOR cannot successfully contact the MFD 4 Property Management after three attempts, or cannot reach an agreement with 5 such management regarding the change in service, CONTRACTOR shall notify the 6 City Representative with the details of the Residential Solid Waste or Recyclable 7 Material overages, and the attempts at communication with the MFD Property

The City Representative shall respond to CONTRACTOR’s report and make a final written determination. Within five (5) Work Days of receipt of the City Representative’s written determination, CONTRACTOR shall change the frequency of the collection, or size and/or number of the MFD Solid Waste and Recycling Containers to the extent required by such written determination.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • 342 Hazardous Substances Purchaser shall notify the National Response Center and Contracting Officer of all releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations, in accordance with 40 CFR 302.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • Hazardous Substances The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity, concentration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured, transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and include without limitation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed under the Environmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also includes, without limitation, petroleum and petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and asbestos.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.

  • Recyclable Materials “Recyclable Materials” means Solid Waste consisting of any material 371 which retains useful properties and can be reclaimed after the production or consumption process.

  • Transporting Students Teachers shall not be required to transport a student in a private vehicle on behalf of the school.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
