Resolution of Inconsistencies. If there are inconsistencies between this Agreement and the Articles, the Articles will control. Resolution of Inconsistencies. To the extent there is any inconsistency between the provisions of Sections 3.2 or 3.3, on the one hand, and the Supply Agreements, on the other hand, the terms of the relevant Supply Agreement shall control.
