Resolving Issues From an Off-site Location. When an employee is recalled and is not required to physically return to the workplace, the applicable overtime rate shall be paid with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours. The initial call and any subsequent calls during the same two (2) hour period, will be treated as a single recall to work for the purposes of this paragraph.
