Residents must refrain from defacing walls or floors. It is recommended that wall mounting adhesive products that are designed not to destroy wallboard or painted surfaces be used to hang items. The installations of shelving and similar items that may require large nails, screws or wall anchors are prohibited. Murals, drawings or paintings of any kind are prohibited directly on walls, ceilings, closets, cabinets, etc. Removal of window shades installed within the apartment is strictly prohibited.
