Responsibilities of Broker. Broker understands that in providing coverage, CHENANGO is relying upon the accuracy of information provided by the insured through Broker and submitted to CHENANGO. It is the responsibility of Broker to disclose to CHENANGO the existence of any conditions which he is or reasonably should be aware of that may affect the insurability of the insured. Further, it is the responsibility of Broker to inform CHENANGO as to the type and amount of insurance coverage to be considered for quotation. CHENANGO assumes no responsibility with regard to the adequacy, amount or form of coverage obtained through any insurance carrier. Upon receipt of new, renewal and/or amended policies, the Broker assumes the responsibility for review of coverages, limits, terms, conditions, and exclusions for accuracy. CHENANGO assumes no responsibility with regard to reviewing policies for accuracy or following-up on change requests or cancellations.

Responsibilities of Broker. 4.1 In addition to the obligations outlined elsewhere in this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to accept responsibility for its compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including but not limited to fulfilling the following responsibilities: (a) Holding all premiums, deposits, or monies received or collected in connection with an Empire Life policy or application in trust for Empire Life, remitting same to Empire Life promptly and regularly, and providing a complete and accurate account of all such monies received as required by Empire Life;

Responsibilities of Broker. BROKER understands that in arranging coverage, LA PLAYA is relying upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the insured through BROKER and submitted to LA PLAYA. It is the responsibility of BROKER to disclose to LA PLAYA the existence of any conditions of which he is or reasonably should be aware of that may affect the insurability of the insured. BROKER and LA PLAYA agree that it is the responsibility of BROKER to fully and accurately inform LA PLAYA as to the type and amount of insurance coverage to be considered for quotation. LA PLAYA assumes no responsibility with regard to the adequacy, amount or form of coverage obtained through any insurance carrier. BROKER shall, at all times, comply with: all applicable laws and regulations; and all rules, policies, procedures and standards which are provided to BROKER by LA PLAYA or by any insurance carrier with whom BROKER seeks to place business. BROKER shall have no authority to and shall not alter, modify, waive, or amend any of the terms, rates or conditions of any advertisement, brochure, applications, policy, contact, form or other materials provided to BROKER by LA PLAYA or any insurance carrier with whom BROKER seeks to place business, unless submitted to and approved in writing by LA PLAYA and/or the insurance carrier.
Responsibilities of Broker. Broker will observe absolute confidentiality with regard to all aspects of AG's business which may come to his attention; this obligation extends also for the time after termination of his relationship with AG, with respect to all information of confidential or proprietary nature. Confidential information includes the marketing concepts of AG, as well as all facts and data pertaining to customers of AG. Broker is required to forward to AG all applicable data about customers which he may have obtained in discussions with the customer, especially any information with regard to such customers' financial circumstances, prior to the execution of any business transaction. Transactions which are financed solely by or through third parties, should generally be declined. Broker may not enter into any contracts, either in his own name, or on behalf of AG. In all cases, the current General Terms and Conditions of AG apply. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is attached to this Agreement.
Responsibilities of Broker. Broker agrees to the fol1owing specific terms and conditions: a. To follow and observe the rules and regulations of PRS relating in any way to the Terms and Conditions and all matters hereunder, as announced in writing by PRS (the “PRS Policy Manual”). The PRS Policy Manual may be amended from time to time by PRS in its sole discretion upon 30 days’ written notice to Broker and other PRS Members. b. To file such reports of referral activities and other matters related to performance under this contract as PRS may from time to time require under the PRS Policy Manual. c. To maintain all real estate licenses and registrations necessary to operate in good standing in all jurisdictions in the RSA. d. To maintain high standards of professional and business conduct. e. To exercise its best efforts to generate referrals. f. To provide all information required by PRS to be maintained in the PRS Directory (which will include a Broker profile, an RSA profile and an after hours telephone number), and to promptly advise PRS of all additions, changes, deletions and corrections in its operations as reflected in the PRS Directory.

BROKER shall refer any underwriting questions or to issues to their Osprey Underwriters Inc. assigned underwriter.

It is the responsibility of PRODUCER to disclose to MGI the existence of any conditions which he is or reasonably should be aware of that may affect the insurability of the insured. Further, it is the responsibility of PRODUCER to provide MGI with all information concerning the type and amount of insurance coverage to be considered for quotation. MGI assumes no responsibility toward PRODUCER with regard to the adequacy, amount or form of coverage obtained through any insurance carrier.
Responsibilities of Broker. Upon the request of Carrier, Broker shall attempt to locate freight for transportation by Carrier and shall compensate Carrier for such transportation in accordance with Section 6 below. Carrier is not required to transport freight exclusively for Broker and Carrier may refuse any load tendered to it by Broker.
