Responsibility for Administration. The Select Board (the “Board") shall administer, implement, and enforce this by-law unless otherwise provided in this by-law. Any powers granted to, or duties imposed upon the Board may be delegated in writing by the Board to its employees or agents.

A named Fiduciary may employ one or more persons to render advice with regard to any responsibility such Fiduciary has under the Plan. The Trustees shall make such rules and prescribe such procedures for the administration of the Plan as they shall deem necessary and responsible. The decisions of the Trustees in all manners pertaining to the Administration of the Plan shall be final.
