RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPORT CARD COMPLETION. The teacher who is teaching six (6) weeks prior to the due date for report cards shall normally be responsible for the completion of report cards. Should a permanent teacher be scheduled to commence their leave within this timeframe, the permanent teacher shall normally be required to complete report cards based on student data compiled to date, prior to his / her last day.
