RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 5.01 It is recognized that the Employer is responsible for the safety, health, comfort, and general welfare of the citizens; therefore, the nurses recognize they must be prepared at all times to assist in carrying out the services of the Employer. 5.02 The parties agree that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the said services to the citizens; therefore, the nurses agree that if any differences with the Employer occur during the time period of this agreement, the same will be dealt with under the Grievance Procedure hereinafter set forth under Article 6.
