RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. The provisions of Part I, Article 19-Responsibility of Employees shall apply to part- time operators.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. For the purpose of establishing a minimum responsibility, employees will be described in four (4) categories:
7:01 GENERAL - The Employee shall:
(a) Assume his/her position with the Employer according to his/her qualifications in the industry and shall accept the following as the minimum requirements and terms of employment, but shall not be limited to them or relieved of further responsibility delegated by the Employer.
(b) Arrive for work suitably and neatly dressed at the established starting time unless prevented by the Employer from doing so.
(c) While in the possession of the Employer's tools, equipment, materials, vehicles or other Employer's property, take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage, loss, theft, breakage, misuse, etc.
(d) When operating an Employer's vehicle, ensure the vehicle is operated in accordance with the Company Policy and in a manner which will result in maximum useful life and maximum economy. While all costs for maintenance and repairs are borne by the Employer, the employee will advise the Employer immediately and in writing, with a copy to be retained by the employee, of any servicing that may be required to keep the vehicle in good and safe running order and presentable in appearance.
(e) When representing the Employer, make every effort, according to his/her qualifications, to look after the best interests of the Employer.
(f) All employees shall be required to have and wear approved safety boots or shoes, and safety hats as a condition of employment. The employee shall provide the safety hat at his/her own expense unless the Employer demands a safety hat of a particular colour or style, in which case the Employer shall supply it/them at the Employer's expense. Safety hats supplied by the Employer shall be returned to the Employer by the employee on termination of employment. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to be knowledgeable of the Safety Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act as amended from time to time.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. It shall be the responsibility of all nurses to notify the appropriate Director(s) or designate(s) as the case may be, in writing, in duplicate, within three (3) days of any change in her/his address or telephone number. It is understood that any notice sent to a Nurse's last address and name recorded with the Employer shall be deemed to have been received by the Nurse.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 5.01 It is recognized that the Employer is responsible for the safety, health, comfort, and general welfare of the citizens; therefore, the nurses recognize they must be prepared at all times to assist in carrying out the services of the Employer.
5.02 The parties agree that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the said services to the citizens; therefore, the nurses agree that if any differences with the Employer occur during the time period of this agreement, the same will be dealt with under the Grievance Procedure hereinafter set forth under Article 6.

(a) Assume his/her position with the Employer accord- ing to his/her qualifications in the industry and shall accept the following as the minimum requirements and terms of employment, but shall not be limited to them or relieved of further responsibility delegated by the Employer.

RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 19.01 Employees shall conduct themselves in a professional manner, be courteous to the passengers and travelling public, and work at all times in the best interest of Edmonton Transit. They shall strictly comply with all rules and regulations of Edmonton Transit and shall cheerfully obey all orders of their officers when such orders are not in conflict with the adopted rules and scale of wages of Edmonton Transit.
19.02 Employees shall at all times protect the property of the Department from damage when it is in their power to do so and, when handling equipment of any kind, will use their best judgement and put forth every effort to prevent damage to the property or injury to the persons of the travelling public.
19.03 When, in the opinion of the Department Head, any employee is to blame for damage done to property of the Department, no assessment shall be made against the employee until the matter has been discussed with the Union.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. For the purpose of establishing a minimum responsibility, employees will be described in three (6) categories: Working Xxxxxxx HVACR Journeyman Mechanic
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. Employees are responsible for advising their immediate supervisor if they are related or become related to another employee or City Council member.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES.
4:01 It’s recognized that the employer administration is responsible for the safety, health, comfort, and general welfare of the citizens, therefore, the Union and the employees which it represents recognize that they must be prepared to assist in carrying out the services of the Employer when in the opinion of the Employer It’s possible and feasible to do so.
4:02 This responsibility to the citizens of the district is the sole responsibility of the Employer and requires that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the services to the citizens; therefore, the Union and the employees whom it represents agree that any difference with the Employer which may occur during the term of this agreement will be dealt with under the provisions of the grievance procedure set forth in Article 7.
4:03 It shall be the responsibility of all employees to notify by duplicate their respective division head and Corporate Services within 5 working days of any change in address or telephone number.
RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 8.01 It is recognized that the Board is responsible for the safety, health comfort and general welfare of the residents in Huron Lodge, therefore, the employees recognize they must be prepared to assist in carrying out the services of the Board.
8.02 The responsibility to the residents is the ultimate responsibility of the Board and requires that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the said services of the residents; therefore, the employees agree that if any differences with the Employer occur during the time period of this Agreement, that same will be dealt with under the Grievance Procedure hereinafter set forth.
8.03 It shall be the responsibility of all employees to notify the Human Resources/Finance Coordinator within three (3) days of any change in his address or telephone number.
