RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 4:01 It’s recognized that the employer administration is responsible for the safety, health, comfort, and general welfare of the citizens, therefore, the Union and the employees which it represents recognize that they must be prepared to assist in carrying out the services of the Employer when in the opinion of the Employer It’s possible and feasible to do so. 4:02 This responsibility to the citizens of the district is the sole responsibility of the Employer and requires that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the services to the citizens; therefore, the Union and the employees whom it represents agree that any difference with the Employer which may occur during the term of this agreement will be dealt with under the provisions of the grievance procedure set forth in Article 7. 4:03 It shall be the responsibility of all employees to notify by duplicate their respective division head and Corporate Services within 5 working days of any change in address or telephone number.
