Common use of REST AND RECREATION LEAVE (R&R Clause in Contracts

REST AND RECREATION LEAVE (R&R. a) For the purpose of this Agreement, a distant employee is an employee who is engaged or selected or advised by the company to proceed to the project to perform duties under their contract of employment and the employee does so such that the employee cannot return to their usual place of residence each night.
