Rest Breaks When Working Overtime Two (2) Hours or More. Employees scheduled to work two (2) hours or more beyond the end of their regular shift will receive a fifteen (15) minute paid rest break at the end of the regular shift. Thereafter, they will receive fifteen (15) minute paid rest breaks as nearly as is feasible at four (4) hour intervals. Further, such employees will be either afforded a reasonable opportunity to acquire a meal or provided with a meal after the first two (2) hours of overtime. All such rest breaks and/or meal periods may be staggered to accommodate the circumstances.
