Restoration of loss or damage to Project. Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoever, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.
Restoration of loss or damage to Project. Highway Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project Highway or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Maintenance from any cause attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project Highway conforms to the provisions of this Agreement. 14.9

Restoration of loss or damage to Project. 7.14.1 Save and except as a result of a Permitted Events (excluding a Non Political Event), in the event that the Project Works and/or Concession Assets or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith in accordance with the Applicable Standards so that the Project Works and the Concession Assets conform to the Applicable Standards.
