Restriction of Access to Systems. The Customer is required to restrict physical access and data connection to systems on which the Software is stored or installed in an appropriate and customary way to personnel that is authorized and for whose adher- ence to this Agreement the Customer assumes responsibility. Such au- thorized persons may be employed by the Customer or by contracted pro- viders of (outsourcing) services. These restrictions do not apply to user access to the Server as the appli- cation is safeguarded through the personal authentication and authoriza- tion of users based on the Server’s role concept. Subject to further proce- dural or technical restrictions by the Customer, this role concept arranges for general access by anyone in the role of Participant provided (a) the person has been invited to a Session by a Host and (b) the Session’s au- thentication requirements have been met.
