Buyer further accepts and agrees that Seller shall not actively monitor or inspect any Goods or Goods usage data or other information that is generated, collected or stored by a Monitoring Unit incorporated into any Goods and/or transmitted through the Data Connection.
Buyer hereby grants to Seller a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to collect, store and use any data collected by Seller during the performance of any inspection and/or other Services or through a Data Connection (as defined below) for any internal purposes of Seller, including but not limited to research and development.

Resident agrees to abide by all University policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those set forth in this License Agreement, the Student Code of Conduct, the University of Idaho APM, University of Idaho Residential Data Connection Privilege Agreement, Parking/Motor vehicle regulations, the Apartment Communities Handbook, and the Fire Safety Regulations, and any applicable local, state and federal laws.
