Restriction on Numbers of Employees on Vacation. (a) Where operational requirements necessitate a decision by the Employer to place a restriction of the number of employees on vacation leave at any one time, preference for a period of up to two (2) weeks of unbroken vacation shall be given to employees with the greatest length of seniority.
