Restriction on Use of Temporary Employees. No person who is classified as a temporary employee shall work more than a total of one hundred and twenty-five (125) days in any calendar year, except by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union. Temporary employees, who obtain a regular position without an interruption in service, shall have their seniority backdated to the date they were last hired.
