Restrictions on Disciplinary Measures. (a) A Member may not be subjected to a disciplinary measure for violation of a rule, regulation, or instruction unless that rule, regulation, or instruction is reasonable, does not contravene the provisions of this Collective Agreement, and has been promulgated and communicated by the appropriate authority.
