Restrictions on Use of Full-Time Temporary Employees. (a) The Employer shall not hire or use Full Time Temporary Employees to avoid the continuance, creation or filling of positions for or by Full Time Regular Employees. (b) The Employer shall not hire or use Full Time Temporary Employees if this would result in the displacement or layoff or the continuing displacement or layoff of any Full Time Regular Employee. (c) No person shall be employed by the Employer as a Full Time Temporary Employee for more than twelve (12) consecutive months without the prior express written consent of the Union.
