The partnership network continues providing incentives in each working day, taking into account time spent by youth at training centers, in some occasions they provide refreshments as well as transportation for trainings that last more than 5 hours on the same workday. Limitations and economic needs are very noticeable in rural areas that are currently attended by the Project. The distance in these areas to move to training centers is a critical topic for youth assistance and permanence. Alliances and actions have made joint efforts with two (2) mayoralties and organizations so they can add transportation support to achieve permanence of youth at training centers and so they can finish each process successfully. They continue to offer youth extension activities with a constructive approach on knowledge and behavior that insure coexistence. They also promote life skills strengthening and practices, this a gradual and experiential process linked to happiness and coexistence. The objective is to generate coexistence and learning environments among youth through games, fair sports, soccer, basketball, fun, theater, music, painting, laughter therapy, balloon therapy, karaoke, mimes, socio-drama, choreographies, folk dances, modern dance, and rallies. These sports activities, recreation and group dynamics develop emotional and coexistence skills that favor resilience, assertiveness and making decisions to obtain objectives and goals. Objective 3: Procurement and distribution of educational supplies for 8 schools damaged by hurricane XXX. To date there is a diagnosis of educational material needs from the 8 selected schools by the CDM Xxxxx Company. There is a list of equipment according to their needs, and this includes musical instruments, laboratory instruments, and furniture and computer equipment. There has been coordination with MoE about the specifications on furniture and material. MoE provided a list of equipment and the amounts needed. There are several causes for youth dropping out schools in high-risk municipalities. Also for dropping out the Project educational activities. One of the main causes is the economic hardship and distance from the house and schools centers. To avoid those causes, the Project had designed training and school programs including incentives to motivate them to continue enrolled. The partnership network continues providing incentives in each one of the training and services. Food, snacks and transportation are included when the sessions last more than 5 hours on the same day. In some cases, the Project had develop a jointly services with the local community including the local government and civil organizations at local level to facilitate transportation for the students and they may continue attending the educational centers and complete their process successfully. There have been important synergies within the Project with component 1 and component 2. It had planned and developed successfully the Summer Adventure Program offered in the school ´s break period. Youth who are out of school participated in the Summer Program and there were highly motivated to return to school after enjoy the summer activities. Sports, games and others activities were also offered promoting self-awareness thinking and behavioral changes. These sports, recreation, and group dynamic activities develop emotional and coexistence capabilities enhancing resilience, assertiveness and decision making among the youth and contribute to achieve Project´s objectives and goals.
Result 2C. Innovative incentives and scholarships are provided to 30% of youth outside the education system in 25 target municipalities to reduce economic hardship in youth and for them to be able to equally participate in educational opportunities. AIS, FUSALMO and XXXXXX develop free activities for marginalized and low income youth, this is 100% of youth who attend life skill and job readiness courses in several areas of the productive and service sector. For the formulation of additional incentives that contribute to the permanence strategy of youth in the school system, and for them to take advantage of educational opportunities and stay away from dangerous practices that will affect their life. They have identified a few actions that facilitate sustainability and generate change in their behavior. To date, economic limitations have identified in youth, this does not allow them to move freely and securely to training centers, to feed themselves appropriately for the long hours of study ahead of them, to focus on their studies and acquire past academic certifications. The Project is offering to trained youth incentives that reduce the risk of dropping-out from their courses: 1) Youth Extension Activities: Art and Culture, Sports and Recreation, 2) Training Assistance: Transportation and Food. Youth extension activities, have a program to strengthen and practice life skills, a gradual and experimental process linked to non-schooled youth in their real context or environment. The goal is to promote learning experiences in non-schooled youth through joint construction, sports, fun, art, reflection and a dynamic comprehension of social competences. The youth extension Program is looking to develop the following competences: Effective interpersonal communication and skills in conflict resolution, this competence consolidates the development of social skills and emotion control that allows constructive interaction in search of a common good.
Result 2C. Innovative incentives/scholarships provided to at least 30% of youth outside the education system in 25 target municipalities to reduce economic risk suffered by youth, then they will be able to participate equitably in educational opportunities. AIS and FUSALMO develop activities for youth free of charge. All youth (100% of the served youth) receive life skill courses and have participated in training courses among which we can find: bakery, cosmetology, office automation, custom jewelry, mechanics, and basic electronics. To date we have identified economic constraints in youth, such as having transportation to training centers, extended shifts and others. In this quarter we have developed a pilot to identify incentives to help youth with economic constraints. A proposal document has been sent to USAID. Objective 3: Acquisition and distribution of educational material for the 8 schools damaged by Hurricane XXX. The projection is to start purchasing these material next quarter. Arrangements will be made with MoE to validate the list of requested materials with their estimated prices and they will analyze the feasibility of acquiring them with the approved budget. The acquisition processes will be made in such a way that by the end of the rehabilitation/construction of these schools we can count with the educational materials according to the budget funds available for this objective.

  • X0 Xxxxxxxxxxx on Default H2.1 The Authority may terminate the Contract by written notice to the Contractor with immediate effect if the Contractor commits a Default and if:

  • Termination Due To Lack Of Funding Appropriation If, in the judgment of the Director of Accounts and Reports, Department of Administration, sufficient funds are not appropriated to continue the function performed in this agreement and for the payment of the charges hereunder, State may terminate this agreement at the end of its current fiscal year. State agrees to give written notice of termination to contractor at least 30 days prior to the end of its current fiscal year, and shall give such notice for a greater period prior to the end of such fiscal year as may be provided in this contract, except that such notice shall not be required prior to 90 days before the end of such fiscal year. Contractor shall have the right, at the end of such fiscal year, to take possession of any equipment provided State under the contract. State will pay to the contractor all regular contractual payments incurred through the end of such fiscal year, plus contractual charges incidental to the return of any such equipment. Upon termination of the agreement by State, title to any such equipment shall revert to contractor at the end of the State's current fiscal year. The termination of the contract pursuant to this paragraph shall not cause any penalty to be charged to the agency or the contractor.

  • Offtake constraints due to Backdown The Solar Power Developer and Buying Entity shall follow the forecasting and scheduling process as per the regulations in this regard by the Appropriate Commission. The Government of India, as per Clause 5.2(u) of the Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC), encourages a status of “must-run” to solar power projects. Accordingly, no solar power plant, duly commissioned, should be directed to back down by a Discom/ Load Dispatch Centre (LDC). In the eventuality of backdown, including backdown on account of non-dispatch of power due to non-compliance with “Order No. 23/22/2019- R&R dated 28.06.2019 of Ministry of Power regarding Opening and maintaining of adequate Letter of Credit (LC) as Payment Security Mechanism under Power Purchase Agreements by Distribution Licensees” and any clarifications or amendment thereto, except for the cases where the Backdown is on account of events like consideration of grid security or safety of any equipment or personnel or other such conditions, subject to the submission of documentary evidences from the competent authority, the SPD shall be eligible for a minimum generation compensation, from Buying Entity, restricted to the following and there shall be no other claim, directly or indirectly against SECI: Duration of Backdown Provision for Generation Compensation Hours of Backdown during a monthly billing cycle.   • Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.
