Summer Program. The departments shall propose the courses to be taught in this program to the Honors Committee. The courses shall be specifically tailored for high school Honors students, and approved by the Honors Committee and the Curriculum Committee. The minimum class size shall be fifteen (15).
Summer Program. 13.1. In the event that the School District authorizes a summer program, the following shall apply:
Summer Program. 13.8.1 The District shall determine what is considered a Summer Program.
Summer Program. In the event the District sponsors a summer work program where food service will be required, positions for this program will be filled in the following manner: Within ten (10) workdays of the Student Nutrition Department notice of a District-sponsored summer program, the Student Nutrition Department will notify all Food Service employees, via email, interschool mail, or by phone of summer work availability. The notice shall include the location, hours, and anticipated duration of the position. Manager classifications will be filled by seniority by any manager or assistant manager classification employee who meets the minimum qualifications for the position, and who expressed an interest to work the summer program. All other classifications will be filled by seniority, provided the employee is qualified. Employees will be paid at the rate of the classification worked in the summer program at their then current step. Food Service employees filling these positions must commit to work for the entire job assignment. No leave will be granted during an assignment to the summer program, except for legitimate medical reasons. Unfilled summer work program positions may be filled by non-Bargaining Unit employees. The District will not be required to piecework assignments together with Bargaining Unit and non- Bargaining Unit employees. Holidays will be paid in accordance with Article 3 and overtime will be paid in accordance with

Summer Program. □ PROVIDER elects to receive monthly advance payments for the summer program and understands that advance payments will be reconciled and adjusted in accordance with the rules of the Division. □ PROVIDER elects not to receive monthly advance payments for the summer program. or □ PROVIDER does not intend to offer the summer program.
Summer Program. (1) The summer softball and kickball season will commence no earlier than April 15 of each calendar year of this Agreement.
Summer Program. Families must make notification of intent to cancel weekly enrollment one week in advance by writing to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (this means families must notify of their intention to cancel the Monday prior at the very latest). Failure to do so will result in billing for the upcoming week. The billing will be nonrefundable (this is because Innovation Learning must set staffing one week in advance to ensure that we meet licensing standards and because payments are processed in advance).
