Resumption of Duties. 43.8.1 An application to resume duty within 6 weeks after the day on which the pregnancy ends must be supported by a certificate from a registered medical practitioner or midwife, indicating that the employee is fit to resume duty. The early return to duty is subject to Faculty, School or Section convenience but should not be unreasonably denied.
