Retail Water Utility Service. The City agrees to provide retail water service to customers within the Land on a retail basis in the same manner as the City provides such service to other retail customers of the City. Retail service customers within the Land shall be required to pay the City all standard charges, fees, and deposits for retail water service applicable to customers of the City located outside of the City limits (subject to the requirements of the terms of the Settlement Agreement governing rates charged to the “Affected Customers”, as the at term is defined in the Settlement Agreement and subject to the interim rates approved by the City Council by Resolution No. 20-007-00) and will be subject to the City’s terms and conditions for service , as amended by the City Council from time to time. Water impact fees shall be charged and collected in accordance with applicable City ordinance and state law for any lots subdivided after the Effective Date or for any increase in service units on existing lots or undeveloped land as authorized by Section 395.017, Texas Local Government Code, as amended. Notwithstand ing anything contained herein to the contrary, City acknowledges that all single- family residentia l development within the Land has been fully completed and all impact fees for such single- family residential development have been paid in full. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the only remaining undeveloped portions of the Land are designated for multifamily and commercia l development (the “Commercial Property”) and that no impact fees have been paid related to water service to the Commercial Property. The Additional LUE’s authorized in Section 2.02 below constitute an increase in service units, and impact fees shall be charged for the Additional LUE’s in accordance with the City’s ordinance.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Infertility Services This plan covers the following services, in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-20. • Services for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility if you are:

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property.   • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
