Conditions for Service. WCVT shall not be obligated to perform Service if the Customer: (i) fails to follow applicable operation manuals, including, without limitation, manufacturer’s product bulletins, (ii) makes additions to, alters, modifies, enhances, repairs or dissembles the Equipment (itself or using a third party) without WCVTs’ consent, (iii) mishandles, abuses, misuses or damages the Equipment (either itself or by others doing so); or (iv) relocates the Equipment without WCVTs’ consent (see Section 9, E911 Disclaimer ). Service does not cover damage to the Equipment due to fire, explosion, power irregularities, power surges, acts of God (including without limitation, earthquakes, rains, floods or lightning), or any other cause not attributable to Selectronics’ performance; or battery failures or consumable supplies.
Conditions for Service. You agree to the following conditions for this Service: ▪ Deposits must be prepared in accordance with the Bank’s standard procedures and instructions that may be amended from time to time. ▪ You will use only the supplies and documentation we give you for processing of your Deposits. To ensure that you receive your Deposits correctly, and to prevent a delay in processing your Deposits, you must correctly package your Deposits using bank-approved tamper evident bags, seal the supplies in the bag and accurately complete a duplicate deposit ticket, recording for correct deposit type (check and cash or coin) and receipt book. ▪ The depository bags shall contain no property other than: (a) negotiable instruments and/or cash owned by you; and deposit slip(s) indicating the total dollar amount of such negotiable instruments and/or cash and your account or accounts in which such items are to be deposited. ▪ Acceptable cash and coin must be in U.S. currency. Deposits of mutilated or contaminated coin or currency require special handing and packing by Customer and must be coordinated with the Bank. You agree not to use this service for counterfeit bills. ▪ Checks delivered to the Bank Cash Vault Facility must be payable through a U.S. Bank and in U.S. dollars and properly endorsed. ▪ Upon delivery of the Deposit to the Bank cash vault facility by the Courier/Armored Carrier, the Bank is authorized to open the bag and verify the contents, and to credit the contents thereof to your account. If the contents of the bag do not conform to the deposit ticket, the Bank will deposit such contents as are found therein. The risk of any loss or shortage is expressly assumed by you. The joint record of two Bank’s employees shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the contents of the bag, and the risk of any loss or shortage is expressly assumed by you. You therefore agree to hold Bank harmless. ▪ The Bank will accept only those Deposits deemed acceptable by it. We do not knowingly accept Deposits, or partial Deposit bags, which we deem to be unacceptable, for example a bag that is damaged, has holes or is improperly sealed, or has evidence of tampering, and such Deposits and such bags will be deemed by us as though not delivered. Should we accept a deposit bag and notice any evidence of tampering, we will open the bag using our established security procedures (including opening the bag in dual custody), but you agree that we are not liable for any shortage within any shipme...
Conditions for Service. The CLIENT IT Environment is eligible for service, monitoring, and support under this Agreement provided it is in good condition and the Service Provider’s serviceability requirements/standards as defined and site environmental conditions as defined herein are met.

(f) Xxxxxxxx agrees to, and agrees to bind all of Reseller's End Users to, the terms specified in Schedule A, or terms that provide equivalent protections to both Uplevel and Uplevel’s vendors; and (g) In case of network emergency, unlawful usage by Reseller or Reseller's End Users, or for routine maintenance (in which case Uplevel Systems will provide reasonable advanced notice), Uplevel may suspend any affected Services without liability.

(f) You agree to, and agree to bind all of your Customers to, the terms specified in Schedule A, verbatim with no modification, if they are using a Service that incorporates a Microsoft product; (g) You agree to, and agree to bind all of your Customers to, the terms specified in Schedule B and product specific terms and subscription agreements, as applicable, or terms that provide equivalent protections to both us and our venders; and (h) In case of network emergency, unlawful usage by you or your Customers, or for routine maintenance (in which case we will provide reasonable advanced notice, which may be delivered electronically or via our website), we may suspend any affected Services without liability. (i) You agree that CloudJumper shall not be responsible for any failure of any data center or other infrastructure provider for any reason, including the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data.
Conditions for Service. The CLIENT IT Environment is eligible for service, monitoring, and support under this Agreement provided it is in good condition and the Service Provider’s serviceability requirements/standards as defined and site environmental conditions as defined herein are met. In order for Client’s existing environment to qualify for Service Provider’s Managed Services, the following requirements must be met: 1. All Servers with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 2012 R2 Server or later and have all the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed. 2. All Desktop PC’s and Notebooks/Laptops with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 8.1 professional or later and have all the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed. 3. All Server and Desktop Software must be Genuine, Licensed and Vendor-Supported. 4. The environment must have a currently licensed, up-to-date and Vendor-Supported Server-based Antivirus Solution protecting all Servers, Desktops, Notebooks/Laptops, and Email. 5. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Server-based Backup Solution that can be monitored and send notifications on job failures and successes. 6. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Hardware Firewall between the Internal Network and the Internet. 7. All Wireless data traffic in the environment must be securely encrypted. 8. There must be an outside static IP address assigned to a network device, allowing VPN access. 9. All workstation and network equipment must be newer than three (3) years old and no older than three (3) years. Servers must be newer than five (5) years old and no older than five (5) years old. All equipment must be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Conditions for Service a. Customer must provide the information reasonably requested by Technicare Consulting as necessary for performance of the Services and prior to the manual exploitation testing performed as part of the Initial Vulnerability Scan, including, without limitation: i. Customer’s physical and wireless network topology (for example, hosts, subnets, firewalls, switches, miscellaneous hardware, SSID’s, access points, and Web Apps); ii. Domain/Device administrator account, if applicable; iii. The systems to be included in the scan and testing, including network ranges, IP addresses, web applications, subnets, and computers, which Customer shall identify on the Assessment and Exploitation Testing Scope worksheet attached as Schedule 1 to this TOS, and which Schedule 1 is automatically incorporated by reference into this TOS upon its execution by the Parties; iv. Any scope limitations on, or equipment Customer wishes to exclude from, vulnerability scanning and testing; v. Any credentials to access location, services, or devices (for example, badges, ids, user names, passwords); vi. Name and contact information for Customer’s point of contact who will be available to Technicare Consulting during testing and performance of Services. b. Upon receiving the SAR, Customer must (at their expense) acquire all hardware and software included in the SAR to be in compliance with any specified infrastructure requirements for the Services. c. Customer must permit Technicare Consulting to install remote monitoring and management software on Customer’s servers, PCs, and possibly other equipment at Customer’s office as deemed necessary by Technicare Consulting to provide the Services. d. Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any consents or permissions necessary for the performance of the Services as applicable and as provided in the Agreement.
Conditions for Service. 2.1 It is the intent of the Parties hereto that any Party is entitled to call for Emergency Service and the other Parties shall be obligated to supply such Emergency Service to the maximum extent practicable as set forth in this Schedule. 2.2 At the time of any request for Emergency Service the Buyer shall give the Seller information concerning the nature and extent of the conditions causing the emergency.
Conditions for Service. Pet Resort may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to service or discontinue any service to Pet and/or Owner at any time concerning Boarding, Day Care and/or Grooming Clients. Pet Resort requires Pet to have its entire series of vaccinations current.
