Retain Seniority Rights. 13 Seniority rights shall be retained and shall continue to accrue for the following reasons: 14 • Time lost by reason of industrial accident, industrial illness, or jury duty 15 • Time on a leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the United 16 States to fulfill military obligations 17 • Time spent on other authorized leaves of absence, not to exceed on (1) year 18
